Twin Hook Steering Wheel Lock

How to use

Lock
1. Turn the steering wheel one full revolution, or as close to one full revolution as possible, before turning the vehicle off.
2. Turn the vehicle off.
3. Extend the hooks of the steering wheel lock on opposite sides of the steering wheel.
The steering wheel lock should fit close to your wheel, but do not force it; steering wheel lock does not have to be a tight fit. A small amount of space between the steering wheel and steering wheel lock is expected. (only grasp the handles or vinyl coated areas). You don't need to use the key to lock the steering wheel lock since it's a keyless locking system.
4. Keep one key with your ignition key and store the other key in a safe place (not in your car). Please be very careful not to lose your keys.

Unlock
1. Leave your vehicle turned off while unlocking the steering wheel lock.
2. Remember to keep your hands away from the metal bar and where the metal bar meets the lock housing,          unlock the steering wheel lock with the key.
3. Slide hooks toward each other.
4. Remove the steering wheel lock from the steering wheel and store it in the trunk or secure it in the rear cargo    area. Be sure it will not interfere with any pedals or levers while not in use and is secured from movement in the event of a sudden stop or accident.

Caution

Before putting the steering wheel lock onto your steering wheel, be certain your steering wheel is set in place. Many vehicles have steering wheels, seats, and brake pedals that adjust to a different position after a vehicle is turned on and sometimes after a vehicle is turned off. If your vehicle has these features, never attempt to apply or remove the steering wheel lock until the steering wheel, seat, or brake pedal are firmly in place and will no longer automatically adjust. Use the same cautions for any other automatic adjustable features on your vehicle. We  recommend after purchase and before your first use of the steering wheel lock on your vehicle, that you should place the keys, that are enclosed with the product, in the lock housing and make sure the steering wheel lock is locking and unlocking properly with the keys provided. ARSN is not responsible for any damages or costs associated with the removal of the steering wheel lock from your vehicle. Please test the product for proper function prior to use on the vehicle. Please securely keep your keys for the steering wheel lock, replacement keys are not available.

Care and Maintenance

Keep it out of dirt and moisture. If it should get dirty, simply wipe it with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. It may be necessary to work the key in the lock several times to eliminate any stiffness. Periodically lubricate the lock with a dry lubricant. Do not use the steering wheel lock as a lever or crowbar. Never attempt to drive a vehicle with the steering wheel lock installed. Do not put your hand or finger near the area where the yellow metal rod goes into the lock housing. When using the key in the lock, keep hands and fingers directly above the lock.

ARSN USA warrants that the Program Products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used normally in accordance with ARSN USA’s published guidelines for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the item, except as noted below. KUS order number is required to obtain a 1-year Limited Warranty service. This warranty extends only to consumers and does not extend to Retailers. For any warranty issues, please email “support@arsnusa.com”.

ARSN USA limited warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse; accident; the attachment of any unauthorized accessory; alteration to the product; improper installation; unauthorized repairs or modifications; dropped product; missing the key; malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance; theft; neglect; liquid contact; fire; vandalism; or environmental condition; to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the product; or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of ARSN USA.

Return Process (via email only)

1) Send a return request email to support@arsnusa.com Must enter your name, delivery address, phone number, and order number.
2) Reply will be sent with your Return Merchandise Authorization number and a return label.
3) Return the item with the original box.
4) Once ARSN USA receives the returned item, a new product will be sent.
