Order Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy
To provide flexibility for our customers, all orders will be fulfilled after a 24-hour window to allow for free cancellations. Once the order has shipped, any cancellation will be subject to additional costs.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Please track your shipment accordingly, as ARSN USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Change or Modify Order
We will do our best to accommodate any changes or modifications before the order has shipped. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be altered.

Your packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or a 3PL for heavy loads.
Special Instructions for iKamper Skycamp 3.0 Black Edition
For the iKamper Skycamp 3.0 Black Edition, our 3PL carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule the delivery. The recipient MUST be available at the scheduled date and time to receive the delivery.
If the delivery is missed, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

Products Received Damaged
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged, take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the package.
Shipping Cancellations / Refusals
Any packages returned to ARSN USA due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
