For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a flat shipping fee of $800 plus applicable taxes will apply.Please note that ARSN USA does not process shipments on weekends or statutory holidays.
Order Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy
To provide flexibility for our customers, all orders will be fulfilled after a 24-hour window to allow for free cancellations. Once the order has shipped, any cancellation will be subject to additional costs.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order. Please track your shipment accordingly, as ARSN USA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@arsnusa.com.
Change or Modify Order
We will do our best to accommodate any changes or modifications before the order has shipped. Once your order has been processed, it cannot be altered.
Shipping Carriers
Your packages will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, UPS, or a 3PL for heavy loads.
Special Instructions for iKamper Skycamp 3.0 Black Edition
For the iKamper Skycamp 3.0 Black Edition, our 3PL carrier will contact the customer directly to schedule the delivery. The recipient MUST be available at the scheduled date and time to receive the delivery.
If the delivery is missed, additional shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping information to avoid delays or additional charges. All packages may be delivered to your mailbox or doorstep by USPS, UPS, or FedEx if no one is available to receive them.
ARSN USA is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments once delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.

Products Received Damaged
Please inspect your package upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged, take clear photos of the damaged product(s) and contact us immediately or within 7 days of receiving the package.
Shipping Cancellations / Refusals
Any packages returned to ARSN USA due to an incorrect address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after shipment may incur additional shipping charges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.Refund & Return Policy
iKamper Skycamp 3.0
Due to the size and cost of transporting the iKamper Skycamp 3.0, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the package has been opened. Refunds are only accepted when the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition within 30 days from the shipping date. Additionally, once your tent has been shipped or picked up, we do not allow returns. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, a 15% deduction will be applied to your refund to cover the original shipping fees, return shipping, and a restocking fee.
If you need to change the delivery address after receiving your shipment confirmation, you will be responsible for any reconsignment fees and/or holding fees charged by the freight carrier due to the address change.
We stand by the quality of our products. All ARSN USA iKamper Skycamp 3.0 come with a 2-year limited warranty.
Accessories
Once your accessory order has shipped, returns and refunds are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition. We do not accept returns if the package has been opened.
Shipping costs (both original and return) are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping to and from our warehouse will be deducted from your refund amount. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
