This document contains important instructions and warnings that must be followed when using the North American Charging Standard (NACS) Adapter.
WARNING
WARNING: Read this document before using the NACS Adapter. Failure to follow any of the instructions or warnings in this document can result in fire, electrical shock, serious injury or death.
WARNING: The NACS Adapter is designed only for charging a CCS1 vehicle. Do not use it for any other purpose or with any other vehicle or object. The NACS Adapter is intended only for vehicles that do not require ventilation during charging.
WARNING: Do not use the NACS Adapter if it is defective, appears cracked, frayed, broken or otherwise damaged, or fails to operate.
WARNING: Do not attempt to open, disassemble, repair, tamper with, or modify the NACS Adapter. The Adapter is not user serviceable.
WARNING: Do not disconnect the NACS Adapter while charging the vehicle.
WARNING: To prevent damage to the NACS Adapter, or any components, handle with care when using or transporting it. Do not subject it to strong force or impact and do not pull, twist, tangle, drag, or step on it.
WARNING: Do not touch the NACS Adapter’s end terminals with sharp metallic objects, such as wire, tools, or needles.
WARNING: Do not damage the NACS Adapter with sharp objects.
WARNING: Do not insert foreign objects into any part of the NACS Adapter.
WARNING: Ensure that the charge cable and the NACS Adapter do not obstruct pedestrians or other vehicles or objects.
WARNING: Use of the NACS Adapter may affect or impair the operation of any medical or implantable electronic devices, such as an implantable cardiac pacemaker or an implantable cardioverter defibrillator. Check with the electronic device manufacturer concerning the effects that charging may have on such electronic devices before using the NACS Adapter.
WARNING: Do not use cleaning solvents to clean the NACS Adapter.
PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USE:
- Designed for CCS1 vehicles within the NACS alliance only.
- Follow the correct connection and disconnection procedures as outlined in the user manual.
- Do not disconnect while charging.
- Keep away from water and moisture.
- Use within the temperature range of -22°F to 122°F.
- Handle with care and store in a safe place.
- Do not clean with detergent.
- Do not open or modify the adapter.

NOTE
Ensure the Tesla Supercharger supports CCS1 charging.
WARNING
Do not store the NACS to CCS1 Adapter outside the storage temperature range of -40°F to 185°F.
HOW TO USE
CAUTION
Always inspect the NACS Adapter for damage prior to each use.
※ Charging times vary based on the power and current available from the charging station, subject to various conditions.
※ Charge time also depends on ambient temperature and the vehicle’s battery temperature.
How to Connect

🅐 Press the NACS latch button and 🅑 connect the Supercharger coupler to the adapter.

Open the EV port and 🅐 plug in the NACS adapter to engage a pin that locks the adapter in place
03
Begin charging following the station guidelines.
How to disconnect
01
Stop the charging session using the vehicle’s touchscreen,
the mobile app, or charging station.
Unlock the vehicle’s charge port.

When charging completes, 🅐 Press the CCS1 latch button and
🅑 pull the adapter from the port

🅐 Press the NACS latch button and 🅑 detach the Supercharger coupler.
Return the charging coupler to its dock on the charging station.

Store the NACS Adapter in the vehicle for future use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your vehicle fails to charge when using the NACS Adapter, check the display on your vehicle for information about any error that may have occurred.
Always check the status of the charging station.

Limited Warranty
for NACS to CCS1 Adapter
ARSN USA warrants that the NACS to CCS1 Adapter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and according to ARSN USA’s published guidelines, for a period of three years from the date of receipt. To obtain warranty service, a valid KUS order number is required. This warranty is available only to consumers and does not extend to retailers. For any warranty issues, please contact us at support@arsnusa.com.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, attachment of unauthorized accessories, alterations to the product, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, dropping the product, missing keys, failure to perform recommended maintenance, theft, neglect, liquid contact, fire, vandalism, environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, or any other conditions beyond the control of ARSN USA.
RETURN PROCESS

1. Send a return request email to support@arsnusa.com.
Be sure to include your name, delivery address, phone number, and order number.
2. You will receive a reply with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label.
3. Return the item in its original box.
4. Once ARSN USA receives the returned item, we will send you a replacement product.
