how to use this product.

Before using the NACS Car to CCS-DC adapter, carefully read and obey the following precautions. Failure to follow the safety warnings and instructions can lead to fire, electric shock, serious injury or death.
WARNING
WARNING: The NACS Car to CCS-DC adapters are designed only for KIA vehicle charging. Do not use the adapter for purposes other than charging the vehicle. Do not use the charging adapter to charge another vehicle, or with any other materials.
WARNING: Only use a KIA genuine adapter on KIA vehicles. The NACS Car to CCS-DC adapters were designed specifically for KIA vehicles. Using the adapter on vehicles other than KIA may cause overheating, decreased charging speed, or damage to the vehicle or adapter.
WARNING: Do not use the adapter if there are any signs of malfunction, crack, abrasion, damage or if the adapter is malfunctioning. WARNING: Do not modify or disassemble the adapter. WARNING: Do not disconnect the adapter or charging cable forcibly from the vehicle when charging.
WARNING
• Before driving, always make sure the adapter is properly disconnected from the vehicle.
• Always keep the adapter free from water or moisture, and dirt. Do not use the adapter if the adapter is damaged or corroded.
• Do not let any sharp metallic objects such as wires, tools. or needles touch the adapter socket.
• Do not damage the adapter with sharp objects.
• Keep contaminants away from any part of the adapter.
• Do not let the charging connector/cable and the adapter cause a disturbance to other pedestrians, vehicles or materials.
• The adapter may affect or damage nearby electric medical devices. For more information about the affects the adapter may cause to electric medical devices, contact ARSN USA.
• Do not clean the adapter using detergent.
• Always connect the adapter to the charging connector first before connecting to the vehicle. When disconnecting, remove the adapter from your vehicle first, and then disconnect the adapter from the charging connector.
• Do not use NACS Car to CCS-DC adapter on an AC charger.
• Do not use NACS Car to CCS-AC adapter on a DC charger.
• Do not operate or store the DC adapter out of the following temperature: - Operating temperature: -22 °F to +122 °F (-30 °C to +50 °C) - Storage temperature: -40 °F to +185 °F (-40 °C to +85 °C)

- Handle with care and store in a safe place.
- Do not clean with detergent.
- Do not open or modify the adapter.

Do not operate or store the NACS Car to CCS-DC adapter out of the following temperature:
• Operating temperature: -22 °F to +122 °F (-30 °C to +50 °C)
• Storage temperature: -40 °F to +185 °F (-40 °C to +85 °C.
HOW TO USE
CAUTION
Caution: Always inspect the DC Adapter for damage prior to use.
*Charging times vary based on the power and current available from the charging station, subject to various conditions.
*Charge time also depends on ambient temperature and the vehicle’s batter temperature.
How to Connect

🅐 Press the latch on the CCS charger and 🅑 connect the DC adapter.

🅐 Connect the DC adapter to the vehicle’s NACS port.
WARNING
If you unlock the vehicle door and press the latch on the charging connector while charging, charging will pause temporarily or stop completely depending on the DC charging type.
How to Disconnect

NOTE
Due to the weight,
please use both hands to hold
the adapter and charger
when removing the adapter.
🅐 Unlock your vehicle using the mobile app or onboard system, and 🅑 hold the charging handle with both hands to pull and remove the adapter from the vehicle.

🅐 Press the latch on the CCS charger and 🅑 pull the charger
to remove the adapter.

Store the DC Adapter in the vehicle for future use.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your vehicle fails to charge when using the NACS to CCS-DC Adapter, check the display on your vehicle for information about any error that may have occurred. Always check the status of the charging station.

for NACS to CCS-DC Adapter
ARSN USA warrants that the NACS to CCS-DC Adapter will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and according to ARSN USA’s published guidelines, for a period of three years from the date of receipt. To obtain warranty service, a valid KUS order number is required. This warranty is available only to consumers and does not extend to retailers. For any warranty issues, please contact us at support@arsnusa.com.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, attachment of unauthorized accessories, alterations to the product, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or modifications, dropping the product, missing keys, failure to perform recommended maintenance, theft, neglect, liquid contact, fire, vandalism, environmental conditions, normal wear and tear, or any other conditions beyond the control of ARSN USA.
RETURN PROCESS

1. Send a return request email to support@arsnusa.com.
Be sure to include your name, delivery address, phone number, and order number.
2. You will receive a reply with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return label.
3. Return the item in its original box.
4. Once ARSN USA receives the returned item, we will send you a replacement product.
